Screw Elements
Product Name: Zester Mixing Element
Model:φ15 mm ~φ250mm
Applicable brands:Coperion, Leistritz, KraussMaffei, JSW, Toshiba, Baker Perkins, SM Platek, Wenger,Clextral, Bühler,BUSS,etc.
Material: Tool steel, HIP, stainless steel, nickel-based alloy, cobalt-based alloy, etc.
Properties:Wear-resisting, Corrode-resisting and durable
Double-flighted Screw elements are widely used in twin-screw compounding extruders. Large-lead ones facilitate feeding and exhaust by partially filling materials. Small-lead ones pressurize or space kneading blocks, enhancing material residence and melting. Proper arrangement yields superior modified particles.
ZME toothed elements exhibit exceptional dispersive properties. The grooves are arranged at staggered angles, and due to the relatively small lead, the material undergoes continuous cutting and stretching within the spiral grooves, achieving effective mixing. Among the currently supplied toothed elements, ZME consumes the most energy but delivers the best dispersion results.
